For the unadulterated gin lovers, Hey June is the lady for you. This shiny gin is crafted with our made-on-farm potato spirit and organic Juniper. That’s it. Nothing more!

June is richly resinous, piney and oh so smooth. The earthy warmth of the potato spirit brings forth notes of lavender and rosemary that linger on the palate and the high oil content gives a beautiful mouthfeel. Think the scent of a bushwalk in a pine forest after the rain.

This is best enjoyed with Long Rays Tonic, plenty of ice and a sprig of rosemary. Due to its intense juniper forward profile, it is the perfect ingredient in a dry (or dirty) Martini.
